Your donors’ privacy is safe. Within the Riseact platform you can configure the privacy policy and terms and conditions of your organization and make them available to supporters at the time of donation.

The Donation Box transacts cards through Stripe, which can accept Visa (debit and credit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards) and American Express cards. Cards can be inserted, used with contactless technology or through Apple Pay or Google Pay Wallets.

No, in order to guarantee data security and connection with Riseact it is necessary to use the POS provided at the time of purchase or rental of the Donation Box

Riseact can integrate with CRMs, in the “App” section you will find the possibility of connecting the platform to your CRM, our team works to offer all the possibilities.

Certainly the preferable option is Donodoo, the Metadonors CRM.

We realize that there are many CRMs, if you don’t find the App that is useful to you, contact the Riseact team for further information. Alternatively, you will always have the opportunity to export the data of supporters and donations received into csv or xlsx files, so that you can then import them into your CRM.

The Donation Box was created as a tool to facilitate completely autonomous donations made by donors, who can be supported by volunteers or organization staff. It is not the recommended option for FacetoFace activities, as the donation process is designed to be carried out self-service by the donor.
